Out side of Meshworks...

What else currently handles 3DMF files?

C4D used to... anyone know if it still does?

I thought there was a 3DMF modeler made in RB at one point?

Cheeta3d currently exports to 3DMF.
The link is in the archives.

C4D does export 3DMF, but the models are basically unusable as-is. I
wrote a little COFFEE plugin to prepare geometry before export (flip
normals, disconnect triangles, etc.) then run the resulting 3DMF
through 3DMF Optimizer - works great after that, but it's a PITA...

Ah sounds like pain.
Just to many steps :(

Well, that's why I wrote Meshwork. (Which, BTW, I'm in the middle of
rewriting in RB, but it's slow going as I don't get very much time to
work on it these days.)
