Brady asked me to pass this along:

I was just sitting in Hall 2 here at WWDC (the Development Tools
session) hacking away at some RB app, when my attention was caught with
an introduction of Geoff Perlman, here to present REALBasic development.
It's nice to see Apple officially recognizing REALBasic as a legitimate
development environment, right up there with GCC, Project/Interface
builder and CodeWarrior. Congratulations REALSoft guys, way to go! (or
perhaps you already did this last year and this is old news - I haven't
been at a WWDC in a while)

Not for nothing, but Apple wouldn't have it's Programming For The Rest
of Us web page if the didn't feel that way all along. There are probably
some SW folks within Apple that think RB is beneath them. But, they also
probably thought that Dylan was going to be the next greatest thing...
