I don't know, but does the MenuBarVisible property of the window maybe
affect the task bar as well? If not, you'll have to dig into the Windows API.

Hmmm, when I enable the menubarvisible property the Taskbar is invisible and
the window is stretched to fullscreen correctly, but then of course my
menubar is visible as well. I would expect the menubarvisible to be an
AND-property (for menubar AND taskbar), not an OR-property.
