I wonder if anybody else has dealt with this one. I've got a Help menu
in my application with several menu items. When I compile it for the
Mac, I register the Help book, which adds a menu item for the "show
Help" command. But it is always the last one in the menu, below the
other Help menu items. I'd like to show it at the top of the menu.
If I add the other Help menu items at runtime after registering the
Help book instead of having them pre-built, it ends up doing the same
thing with the "Show Help" menu at the bottom. I tried inserting a
menu item at index 1, but that results in an OutOfBoundsException.
Is this a losing battle, or has somebody figured out a way to get the
"Show Help" item at the top of the Help menu?
