Service App

Hi to all,

I have created a service app (EmptyService) for Windows with a timer.
Infrequent intervals, the app uploads a file at a ftp account. When I try
the app from the IDE and compiled it works perfectlly.

Then, I install it as a service, the service is started and everything seems
ok

The problem is that the app does nothing. At the Windows Task Manager I can
see the process but it never consumes any CPU.

If I execute the .exe directly, it works fine.

Is there something I should do to properly register the service. For the
registration, I created an installation package with advanced installer

Thank you

John
