I've downloaded the latest feedback version for the site and attempts to login result in this failure:

"The signature of the new local support database does not match the one provided by the server. Please try again later. The application will now quit."

Known issue? Can anything be done on my end?

This means that Feedback downloaded a new file from our server, but the file's MD5 didn't match what was expected.

For reference, the file is stored at http://realsoftware.cachefly.net/feedback/feedback.sqlite and should have been loaded to ~/Library/Application Support/Real Software/Feedback/Feedback.fbdata. The correct hash is f740ca3c527275f13bf8d6c88d042770.

*Why* it didn't match is a different story. I have no idea, the check is there for sanity's sake, but I've never heard of anybody ever tripping it up. You can try deleting the copy on disk. If that doesn't work, I would manually download the file and copy it where it belongs. Very weird though.

I wasn't able to log on yesterday. Have you tried it recently? It's working for me now.
