Yes, you are right.

But when including the recipient's name, then how to proceed?

showUrl "mailto:lala <<email address removed>>,jaja<jaja@com>,pala<<email address removed>>" in Lion gets marred.

I'm pretty sure it should look like
mailto: "lala" <<email address removed>>, "jaja"<jaja@com>,"pala"<<email address removed>>
