Linux compiles: console error messages

When I compile an app for Linux using Xojo R1 or R2, I keep seeing these messages logged to the console, over and over again:

`menu_proxy_module_load': (application name): undefined symbol: menu_proxy_module_load
(application name:569): Gtk-WARNING **: Failed to load type module: (null)

where "application name" is the name of whatever app I'm running. They happen every few seconds as long as the application is running. These console messages appear in Ubuntu (12.04 and 12.10) and Fedora Core.

Compiling with Real Studio does not produce these messages.

Any ideas?

See this post on a resolution:

If we didn't use to emit this message then I'd consider that a bug on our
part, feel free to file a report, thanks.
