the plugin contains PortAudio classes and I plan to add Linux support
the next days.
Someone using it?
Currently I splitted the classes, but I'd like to integrate them.
Offering DirectX only for Windows, CoreAudio for MachO, QuickTime for
Classic and Linux Audio stuff for Linux.
On Mac Carbon PEF I'm not sure whether QuickTime or CoreAudio is better.
On Windows I'd prefer to throw away old Windows MM stuff as this is
Windows 3.1 technology.
Some comments on this?

I have some ideas for apps that could use PortAudio but I haven't got
around to trying it yet because I'm still trying to get PortMIDI to
work. So I have no opinion on PortAudio yet other than I don't want
to see it go away.
Regarding PortMIDI, I still can't manage to send a SysEx dump larger
than 1020 bytes. SendSysEx doesn't do it and it still doesn't work to
send it as multiple PortMIDI events using the rawmessage property you
added. The rawmessage works great for receiving long SysEx but it
breaks down when you try to send it.
Any ideas? I'd really like to get this to work so I can ditch DxMIDI
once and for all and then compile a Windows version of my app.
