[MBS] ZipMBS.AppendStatusCreateAfter in 10.1

I'm having trouble using the AppendStatusCreateAfter feature with ZipMBS, in MBS 10.1. The documentation says "If the file exist and append is AppendStatusCreateAfter, the zip will be created at the end of the file." but whenever I use this, the file seems to be getting re-written starting from zero length.
Is there some trick to this that I'm missing? Do I just call ZipMBS.CreateFile and ZipMBS.Write normally?

makes sense.

ok, a fairly easy workaround is to just zip to a temp file then append the two files.

Looks like this flag has no real effect as internally the wrong code is set. And as far as I see it's not so easy to fix.

Maybe I simply remove those append things.
