Actually I don't even need to make permanent changes to the video. I just need to be able to work with the changes frame by frame in real time.

Just looking for the best and easiest way of accomplishing that.

Because I added them and later added the comment.
The control uses an older API which does not use the technique for showing them.

I think the QTKitMovieViewMBS does.

You could render the changes into the video.

Was wanting to use the movie.MovieVisualHueMBS (and other controls for Brightness, Contrast, Saturation, etc.), but then I noticed the following note in the documentation:

Requires Mac OS X 10.4 and requires a new movie control.
(so in current Realbasic it seems to have no effect)

Are those not available for actual use then? (and if so, curious why they are there if they aren't usable)

If those commands don't work, are the other ways in your plug-ins to control the Brightness, Contrast, Hue and Saturation of a movie?
